day 1

So today was a great day!! It started off with me being fed up with myself! I decided to make a goal, make a website for support and info, and GET STARTED!! Day 1 30 day shred by Jillian from biggest loser!! It felt good to do it again, then a protein shake for lunch and then a 5 mile bike workout to my church. For dinner i marinated some red, yellow, and green peppers in an extra virgin oil, italian seasoning, and emerils essence marinade....then cut up cabbage, green onions and zuccinni stir fried it up with a little garlic sea salt and added some chicken. YUMMY!! YES it feels good to be back on track....... I created this website to help me be accountable.....somewhere to write my frustrations and my joys.... or turn to when i need encouragement from friends and family. Please feel free to say anything, ask anything, give advice on food or exercise or things you do or dont do.....anything....AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT!!
